Ingredients
- 1 cup split peas
- 6 cups water
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon powder
- 1/2 carrots, diced
- 1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation
Step 1
Simmer vegetables and split peas in water until tender.
Put all in blender and blend until smooth.
Add basil, re-heat and serve.
