Millet Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups millet, cooked
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup pecans, groung
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. chicken bouillon powder
  • 3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and shape into patties.

Brown on both sides in a non-stick skillet.

Place in baking dish. Pour gravy or tomato sauce over patties and bake; or serve plain with buns.
