Mock Tuna

Serve in sandwiches with lettuce or use on crackers or rice cakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 19oz. can chickpeas, drained
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 4 green onions, chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 cup carrot, chopped fine
  • 1 cup celery, chopped fine

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in food processor and mix well.

Chill in refrigerator.
