Ingredients

  • 1 19oz. can garbanzo beans
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup tahini
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • dash soy sauce
  • black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredient in food processor and process until all is mixed.

Taste to correct seasonings. Chill.
