Pennsylvania Dutch Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg fine noodles
  • 1 can cream of onion soup
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 mayo

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook noodles, put in 8 cup casserole dish. Combine onion soup, milk, mayo, and Worcestershire sauce in small saucepan. Heat slowly, stir constantly until smooth and hot. Stir half into noodles. Place egg slices on top of noodles .Pour remaining sauce on top of eggs. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
