- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 green pepper diced
- Salt to taste
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 can tomatoes - (16 oz)
- 1 can whole kernel corn - (16 oz)
- 1 can red kidney beans - (16 oz)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Saute ground beef, onion, and green pepper until beef is fully cooked; add tomatoes, corn, and kidney beans. Season to taste with salt and scant teaspoon of chili powder. Cook slowly until thick.
