- 1 cup almond milk
- 1-2 cups spinach
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use MTN OPS AMMO) - 1 tbsp PB2 (healthier alternative to peanut butter.. But you could use regular PB if you want)
- 1 banana
- ice
