Ingredients
- 6 Slices Lasagna Noodles
- 2-15oz Ricotta Cheese
- 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tsp. Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 2 lb. Mozzerella Cheese, shredded
- 1 Recipe of Homemade Marinara Sauce (in My Cookbook)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
Add a little oil to water.
While waiting for water to boil, start making marinara sauce and let simmer.
When water starts to boil, add noodles and cook per instructions on box.
While cooking noodles, in a medium size bowl combine ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, oregano and basil.
In a 9x13 baking dish, layer bottom of dish with some marinara sauce.
Add layer of noodles.
Add layer of ricotta mixture.
Add layer of marinara sauce.
Add layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Add layer of noodles.
Add layer of ricotta mixture.
Add layer of marinara sauce.
Add layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 min and then broil for 1-2 min on high.
