Overnight Breakfast Casserole

This is a very versatile casserole -- use anything you have: add mushrooms, peppers, etc, use different meats -- it always turns out well!

Ingredients
- 8 slices bread, crust removed
- 8 eggs
- 4 cups milk
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 cups cubed ham or sausage links or crisp fried bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cube bread and place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
2. Beat eggs; add milk and salt. Pour over bread cubes. Add meat and sprinkle cheese over all. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Bake the next morning 1 hour at 325 degrees.
