Ingredients
- 8 pieces of chicken, I used thighs and legs
- 2 Tb. soy sauce
- 2 Tb. red wind vinegar
- 2 Tb. brown sugar
- 3 Tb. olive oil
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- parsley
- salt, pepper
- chopped onions

Preparation
Step 1
Make marinade and toss chicken in marinade in big bowl. Put chicken in
baking dish. Pour marinade over chicken. Roast chicken at 425 degrees for 35 min
or until turning a little brown. Turn chicken pieces and continue roasting another 15 min.
Baste with sauce when turning..
