Ingredients
- CRUST:
- refrigerated pie crust
- FILLING:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. relish
- 1 tea. Dijon mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Lightly cook ground beef on medium-high in a skillet. Add onion soup and remaining ingredients, and mix well. Remove from heat.
Roll out pastry and cut into 4" rounds. Place a heaping tablespoon of filling onto each round. Moisten the edge with ice water and place a second round on top. Press together and crimp the edges with a fork. Pierce the top with a fork. Place on a large baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
These can be made ahead and reheated.
