  • Dark Molasses

Step 1

Remove ham from oven during the last 15 minutes of cooking. Score fat in diamond shapes. Pour sweet wine over ham and spread dark molasses over ham. Glaze in hot oven (450 degrees) for 10 minutes. Baste gently and frequently.
