Ingredients
- Pork ribs
- 1 T cornstarch
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 can apricots
- 1 can peaches
- brown sugar
- vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
1) Par boil ribs for 25-30 minutes.
2) Place on cookie sheet to cool.
3) brush ribs with cornstarch and soy sauce mixture.
4) Puree apricots and peaches together. Add vinegar and brown sugar.
5) cook on grill, brush with fruit glaze when turning sides.
6) Cook until browned.
