Grapenut Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 cup grapenuts
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Soak grapenuts in milk for 5-10 minutes.

Combine sugar, eggs, salt, and vanilla. When well mixed, add to milk and grapenuts.

Pour into casserole dish. Place dish in larger pan. Pour warm tap water into larger pan.

Bake for 1 hour or until done @ 350 degrees. Test by putting a knife in pudding; if it comes out clean the pudding is done.
