Taco Biscuit Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. taco sauce
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 t. dried onion flakes
  • 2 c. biscuit mix
  • 2 t. butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 T. grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; let stand for 5 minutes. Add biscuit mix; stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead 4 or 5 times.
2. Roll dough to 1/2-in. thickness; cut with a 1-1/2 -in. biscuit cutter. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush tops with butter, and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Bake at 450 for 8 to 10 minutes or until biscuits are lightly browned. Serve immediately.
