Ingredients
- 1 tea. parsley
- 1 tea. basil
- 1 tea. dill
- 1 tea. chives
- 1 tea. garlic powder
- 1 tea. onion powder
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 jalapeno, chopped (optional)
