Ingredients
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and both sugars together. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Mix in peanut butter.
Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Shape into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets allowing room for expansion. Press with fork. Dip fork in flour as needed to prevent batter stickiness. Bake in 375F oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
