Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Greek Feta Dressing
- 1/4 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 lb. (450 g) small fresh mushrooms
Preparation
Step 1
Bring all ingredients except mushrooms to boil in saucepan on medium heat.
Pour over mushrooms in bowl; let stand 20 min., stirring occasionally. Cool.
Drain before serving.
