Ingredients

  • 10 g Anchor yeast
  • 1 kg cake flour
  • 10 ml sugar
  • 15 ml salt
  • 60 g margarine
  • 650 ml luke warm water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, sugar and salt. Add yeast. Add margarine and rub lightly with finger tips.

Add water mix well to form a stiff dough. Knead 10 mins until dough is smooth and elastic.

Place dough on lightly floured surface, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 20 mins.

Knock down dough and divide in 36 pieces. Cover and proof for 30 mins.

Deep fry in hot oil.
