Cranberry Apple Salad Lo-Cal

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. cherry or strawberry low-calorie Jello
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 8 packs artificial sweetener
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple
  • 1/4 juice
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. ground cranberries
  • 2 diced apples
  • 1/2 c. pineapple, drained
  • 1 stalk celery, diced

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve low-calorie Jello in 1 cup hot water. Add artificial sweetener, lemon juice, pineapple juice and 1/4 cup water, let set. Stir in ground cranberries, diced apples, pineapple and celery, pour into mold and put in refrigerator. 1/2 cup = 43 calories.
