This is a very easy recipe that uses ingredients you probably have in your kitchen already. Very easy to whip up in a hurry on those damp, cold fall/winter days!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 C. chopped celery
- 1 C. chopped onions
- 3 medium garlic cloves, minced
- 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 10-3/4 oz. condensed tomato soup
- 1 T. Tabasco sauce (or to taste)
- 3/4 t. salt
- 1/2 t. MSG (Accent)
- 1 T. chili powder
- 1/8 t. liquid smoke (optional)

Step 1
Brown ground beef in large saucepan. Add celery, onions & garlic; cook till tender but not browned. Add tomato sauce, tomato soup, Tabasco, salt, MSG and chili powder. Add liquid smoke, if desired. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes stirring frequently. Spoon onto toasted hamburger buns. Serve with salad or cole slaw.
