  • 2/3 Cup Butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs separated
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • creamy peanut butter
  • salted peanuts chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°.
Cream butter and brown sugar. Mix in egg yokes one at a time. Add almond extract. Mix in dry ingredients. divide dough into 24 pieces. Shape each piece of dough around 1/4 tsp of peanut butter. Roll in egg whites then in nuts. Place on a pan and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
