Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup fine salt
  • 3/4 cup lemon pepper
  • 1/2 cup paprika
  • 2 tbsp. chili powder
  • 3/4 cup garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup onion powder
  • 1/4 cup citric acid
  • 2 tbsp dried leaf thyme

Miw well and store in shaker. Salt steaks well before cooking and brush with melted butter several times.
