Ingredients
- 1 Light Beer
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Flour
- 2 Tbs. Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Step 1
Mix beer and egg and set aside. Mix flour and seasonings. Whisk wet ingredients into dry mixture and mix well. Dip fish and fry in oil until golden brown.
