ZZ Fondue-Gouda and Dutch Beer

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of Gouda, grated
  • 1/2 pound Edam, grated
  • 2 Tbl flour
  • 1 1/2 cup of Heineken

Preparation

Step 1

Toss the cheese with the flour in a bowl and set aside. In a fondue pot, bring the beer to a boil over medium-high heat. Decrease the heat to medium-low and add the cheese mixture, ½ cup at a time, stirring until melted after each addition.
