BEER PIZZA DOUGH****

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. yeast
  • 1/2 baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3/4 c. room-temperature beer

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients into bread machine on dough setting.

When you take dough out of bread machine put into an oiled bowl and make sure the dough get a coating of oil. Allow to rise for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 500F.

On a Pam spread piece of parchment-lined pan push out the dough and put pan on the lower rack for 3 - 4 minutes. Remove from oven and top as desired and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the bottom crust is crisp and the cheese is bubbly and brown.

Let sit for a few minutes and serve while hot.
