Ingredients
- 6 oz chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 TB lght corn syrup
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 2 1/2 cups (about 5 dozen) vanila wafers, finely crushed
- 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate in a double boiler over not (not boiling) water. Remove from heat and add sugar and corn syrup. Blend in bourbon. Combine wafers and nuts; add to chocolate mixture. Form into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar.
Let ripen in container covered with plastic wrap for several days.
