Ingredients

  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 2 tsp baking pder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 can pie apples

Preparation

Step 1

Mash the apples and place in bottom of square dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, oil and eggs and vanilla and pour over apples.

Bake 180C/350F until golden brown. About 35 mins.

Serve with whipped cream.
