Ingredients
- 1 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp chili sauce
- 4 sea bass –about 10oz each
