SEA BASS WITH GINGER

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp chili sauce
  • 4 sea bass –about 10oz each

Preparation

Step 1

Put the ginger, soy sauce, sesame and sunflower oils, wine vinegar and chili sauce into a screw-topped jar.
Brush olive oil, salt and pepper over the fish. Bake in 350 degree oven until almost done. Pour sauce over
