Granny's Pizzelles

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 9 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 9 Tbsp. Vegetable or Canola Oil
  • 1 1/2 cup of Flour (approx)
  • 3 Tbsp. Anise Seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together eggs, sugar and oil. Add the flour 1/4 cup of a time until the batter resembles a thick pancake batter. Fold in Anise Seeds. Cook according to the directions on a pizzelle iron.
