Ingredients

  • 1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 (6-ounces) package Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves, about 1.5 pounds
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 1 cup Kraft 2% milk shredded mozzarella cheese

Step 1

Heat oven to 400ºF.

Combine tomatoes, stuffing mix, and garlic just until stuffing mix is moistened.

Spray each of the 6 large sheets of heavy duty foil with cooking spray to lightly coat on one side, then place one chicken breast in the center of each of the heavy duty foil sheets on the sprayed side, top the chicken breasts with basil, stuffing mixture, and cheese. Bring up sides of the foil, and double fold top and ends to seal each packet leaving room for heat circulation inside. Place in 15x10x1-inch pan.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is done and has reached an internal temperature of 165ºF. Cool for 5 minutes. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets.
