Thin, Wheat-Free Pizza Crust

For a short time, I tried to fix gluten free meals. As I said, it didn't last long but this recipe was actually not too bad : )

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp. instant dry yeast
- 1 C warm water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2/3 C rice flour
- 1/3 C Potato starch flour
- 1 TBS. potato flour
- 1 1/2 tsp melted shortening
- 1 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix yeast in 1/2 C warm water with sugar. Let proof until bubbly.
2. Add rest of ingredients to consistency of cake icing. Put in greased jelly roll pan.
3. Top with pizza toppings
4. Cook in 425 for 25-30 min.
