Ingredients
- 1 bag of Old Dutch Popcorn Twists
- 1/2 lb. butter not margarine
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 250 F.
Parchment line a cookie sheet and spray lightly with Pam. Put popcorn twists in the middle of the parchment. In a 2 qt. saucepan put the butter, brown sugar and corn syrup and cook for 2 minutes. Add baking soda and stir, this will foam up and allow the foam to cook down slightly. Pour over popcorn twists and mix together. Lay out flat.
Place in oven for 45 minutes and stir at least every 10 minutes. Take out and allow to cool slightly and break apart.
