Ricotta Cookies - Aunt Mary Flacco

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 pound ricotta
• 4 cups flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ICING
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1 pound 10x sugar
• 1 dash salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• milk as needed

Preparation

Step 1

cream butter and sugar and eggs. add dry ingredients and mix well. blend in ricotta. drop on cookie with greased sheets.

bake 350 for 10 minutes
