Ingredients
- 2 15 oz. can white northern beans
- 1 4 oz. can green chiles
- 1 1/2 14 oz. cans chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked ,shredded
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion in olive oil add chicken broth and spices, simmer for 20-30 minutes;
add beans and chicken simmer 20-30 minutes
