Ingredients
- 1 16 oz. can French cut green beans
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 16 oz. can English peas
- 1 4 ounce button mushrooms
- 1 10 3/4 ounce can shoepeg corn
- 1 purple onion, diced
- 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1 4 ounce pimentos
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Combine vinegar,oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Boil and let cool.
Drain vegetables and mix.with marinade. Refrigerate over night
