Ingredients

  • 2-1/4 lbs of cod chopped in blender
  • 1 head of cauliflower steamed and mashed with a pat of butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • A bunch of fresh dill chopped
  • 1 egg plus 1 egg white whisked
  • Salt, pepper, celery salt, paprika

Mix all together and make little patties. Bake 375 on greased cookie sheet for about 20 minutes per side until nicely browned.
