Ingredients
- 8-12 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
- 2 TBS white vinegar
- 1 TBS Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup celery (finely diced)
- 1 cup red bell pepper (finely diced)
- 1/4 cup red onion (finely diced)
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare macaroni as directed. Drain and rinse with cold water. Combine all other ingredients (except veggies) in a small bowl. Stir mayo mixture and veggies into macaroni.
