Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds * STEW BEEF
  • 1/2 gallon water
  • 2 packages * MIXED VEGTABLES
  • 1 * LG CAN tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 * MEDIUM CHOPPED onions
  • 1 DICED celery stalk
  • 1 * CAN TOMATOES
  • 3 teaspoons butter
  • 1 DICED carrot

Preparation

Step 1

CHOP STEW BEEF INTO SMALL PIECES AND BOIL WITH ONIONS FOR ABOUT ONE HOUR.
ADD TOMATO SAUCE,CELERY, AND CARROT. COOK ANOTHER HOUR.
ADD BUTTER AND VEGTABLES AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 2 HOURS.
