Ingredients

  • 1 package strawberry jello
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 package frozen strawberries, sliced, slightly thawed
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped, or whip topping
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup boiling water

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add strawberries, chill until it is slightly thickened.
Shape cream cheese into 12 small balls, rolled in chopped nuts, chill.
Place in oblong pyrex dish evenly spaced. Spoon slightly thickened strawberry mix over balls.
Chill until set. Cut into squares with a cheese ball in the center of each serving.
Serve with whipped cream or whipped topping.
