Lobster Rolls

  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat, thawed
  • 1/4 c green ion, chopped
  • 1/2 c celery, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 c mayo
  • 1/3 c sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste


Preparation time 45mins


Step 1

Mix above and refrigerate.

Slice 4 hoagie style sandwich rolls lengthwise, hollow out the inside of the bread and toast until slightly crisp on the outside. Spoon in the lobster filling and it's ready. Serve with crunchy potato chips, side salad and lemonade or a hearty beer!
