Ingredients
- 3 lbs gd beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 6 slices rye bread or whatever you have
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion
- 1/2 T salt
- 1/3 c milk
- 1/2 tsp peppr
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- butter for sauteing

Preparation
Step 1
Chop up bread and mix with salt and pepper a nd allspice
Beat eggs, add milk and soak bread in milk
Saute onions in butter, add a touch of garlic
Mix beef and pork well
Add remaining ingredients and mix very well
Form into meatball and Bake at 350 on sprayed pan about 35-40 minutes
Or partly bake them-15-20 minutes and then bake then in pork gravy when ready to use
Freeze in small amounts for individual meals
