Avocado & Cream Cheese Sandwhich

I like this vegetarian lunch option because it's packed with protein from the cream cheese, and avocados contain 20 essential nutrients including fiber, potassium, vitamin E, B vitamins and folic acid.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, cut in half and sliced
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 4 slices of bread

Preparation

Step 1

1. Spread the slices of avocado on one slice of the bread.
2. Spread the cream on the other slice of bread.
3. Press into a sandwich.
4. Serve.
