Ingredients
- Ritz crackers
- Peanut Butter
- White Chocolate Bark
- Contrasting Bark for drizzle
Preparation
Step 1
-Spread thin layer of peanut butter between two crackers. If you put too much it will melt and ooze out the sides when you coat the crackers.
-Melt bark in top of double boiler.
-Coat crackers in chocolate.
-Place coated crackers on wax paper to cool/ harden.
-Melt additional bark and drizzle tops of crackers.
* note- put melted chocolate in small baggie, clip corner and pipe chocolate onto crackers
