Ingredients

  • Tart Cups:

  • 2 - 3

    oz cream cheese

  • 1

    Cup margarine

  • 2

    Cups flour

  • Filling:

  • 1

    8oz cream cheese

  • ½

    cup sugar

  • 1

    teaspoon vanilla

  • 8

    oz whipping cream

Directions

Tart Cups: Cream margarine and cream cheese. Add flour. Divide into small balls. Press into muffin tins with fingers. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. Cool Filling: Whip cream till firm. Combine cheese, sugar and vanilla till smooth. Fold in whipped cream, put into tarts. Top with large can cherry pie filling and smooth out. Chill 3 - 4 hours.
