Ingredients

  • 4

    Cups Sugar

  • 1

    5-oz cans evaporated milk or (1⅓ cups)

  • 1

    Cup Butter

  • 1

    Cup Creamy Peanut Butter

  • 1

    7-oz jar Marshmallow Creme

  • 1

    Cup finely chopped Peanuts

  • 1

    tsp. Vanilla

Directions

Spray 2 8x8 pans Spray or butter sides of a heavy 3-quart saucepan. Than add Sugar, Evaporated milk, and butter. Using candy thermometer clipped to the side of the pan as measurement, cook and stir the mixture over medium heat until it reaches 236 degrees F. Takes about 20-30 minutes Remove the saucepan from the heat and remove thermometer. Add peanut butter, marshmallow creme, peanuts and vanilla to the saucepan. Mix well. Pour into pans and smooth top. Let cool. Cover tightly with foil or plastic wrap and let the fudge chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Cut into squares. ENJOY!
