Santa Fe Soup

This one is VERY cheesy.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 14 oz can Mexican stewed tomatos
  • 14 oz can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 lb Velveta

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat & onion, drain. Add the rest of the ingredients & heat until cheese is melted. Freezes well.
