Ingredients
- 3 cups flour - start with 2 1/2cups and gradually add flour as needed
- remember that you can always add but can not take away
- pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- one half of an eggshell of water - this makes the dough easier to mix
- and knead
Preparation
Step 1
make a well and add last three ingredients to the flour.
mix and knead dough. Let rest for 10 minutes and knead again till smooth and pliable - like silk.
for the first time
cut amounts to
2 cups flour - start with 1 1/2 cups
pinch of salt
3 eggs
less than 1/2 eggshell of water
this should be enough for the spinach and meat filling
