Ingredients
- 2 fresh, ripe oranges (or other seasonal citrus fruit)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- fresh mint for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the oranges in half as you would a grapefruit. Put each orange half in a dessert bowl. Combine cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over oranges.
Garnish with a mint leaf.
Serve with a spoon for scooping out the sections.
