White Chicken Chili - newspaper

Ingredients

• 3 cans of great northern beans (rinsed and drained)
• 3 cups of cubed cooked chicken breast
• 1 (150z) jar of Alfredo sauce
• 8oz block of cream cheese diced into 1 inch cubes
• 3 cups of chicken broth
• 1 can chopped green chilis
• 1-1/2 cups frozen corn
• 1-1/2 cup shredded Monetery Jack cheese
• 1/2 cup Pepper Jack cheese
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup sweet yellow pepper chopped
• 1 small onion
• 3 cloves garlic minced
• 1 Tablespoon ground cumin
• 1 tsp. pepper
• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
• fresh cilantro for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Put everything in your crockpot (except cilantro). Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours until heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve with fresh cilantro and a side of tortilla chips. Makes 16 servings.
